didn't open Tuesday. For once, we had a result. An advance phalanx of the Carrier Bag Firm had to more or less walk past it on Plan B. 

Was that a light in the back?

Did a barperson just walk past the casks?

Is she pointing to when the Big Hand reaches Six?

Is she using the International Signal for we're opening at half four?

She surely was….

Fuck Me. Is that a sign in the window saying they're opening on Tuesdays on a use it or lose it basis, following requests?

I called it in on the CBF BatPhone.

Lovely welcoming place in the modern MicroPub style. Three on Cask. Two pukka Craft Keg. Some mad ciders out the back. Plus assorted other fizzy stuff. Proper locals place.

I went;

Rooster's, South Side, New Zealand Pale on Cask at 4.3%

Turning Point Brew Co, Stuck In A Metaphor, Pale Ale on Keg at 4.3%

I was v much in the mood for a keg. So, I enjoyed the Turning Point more. It was hazy & inviting. Lots of apricot with quite a bit of sugar left over.

Against Derby it was very much stay in the game and see what you can get. Against Boro, it was very much go behind, try to get back in it, and having no chance of doing that.
