Those fellas out there aren't brainless. But, sometimes they'll play brainless shots. Jake Lehmann, that's you. Last over before Lunch. They'd already rattled us to 39 for three inside 18 overs. He's lasted 54 minutes. Weathered a storm. Got out of it by playing some aggressive perfectly timed drives. Then he hoiks it. The ZummerSetarian was under it an age. Gone for 31.

It just looked ugly & brainless. Admittedly, it looked like Somerset bowled very well. The season will grind on. Chickens will be counted. Today, it looks a long way to get back in this one.

I'm a sucker for Sorachi. Cloudwater, Sorachi, Session IPA on cask at 4.3%. Bags of flavour. Quite dry in the mouth. Hay.
