I must drink more beer. Dry again today. No excuse. But games coming thick n fast at the moment.

Neither side could make it happen today. There is usually a feeling that the third innings goes on too long. I don't fret. Captain has to do what he has to do. Warwickshire played some aggressive shots. Players got out. It ended with 5 wickets for Middlebrook.

When asked "did Yorkshire go for them?" My view is - they didn't not go for them. Play shots. Put bad balls away. Run hard. Rotate. See where you get to. That's the way to do it. They were at 4 an over at one stage.

But, they lost a few wickets. Had to consolidate & get to the draw. Gripping for key moments.
