And. Relax. As they “obviously” would. Despite the rain on Day 3. Yorkshire have won at a canter. Over 300 runs. Mullered. Bresnan’s 5 for 36 is apparently a career best. At age 31. Salute. That's gonna help.

It sort of felt like they were just chipping away at wickets. But, Nottinghamshire lasted a match total of just 94.4 overs. Yorkshire, 154.5. Best part of 5,000 in on each of the first two days. I'm still reasonably neutral on the Scarborough Issue. Of course it's great to have such large & vibrant crowds. But, I'm from South Yorkshire. It's a long way to Leeds, n’er mind Scarborough. The Club is in ridiculous debt over the purchase & development of Headingley. So, we need to play there. But, while YCCC & SCC can still do mutually beneficial deals, then so be it. Good to be at the Seaside. But, Scarborough has certainly seen better days.

The Stumble Inn & Indigo Alley are/were the standouts. I'm still nervous about the North Riding Hotel.

Big decisions afoot when we play fewer Champo games next season. One or two at North Marine Road? There'll be fallouts.
