Gillespie/Gale Gunslinger Gauge - steady at THREE. Hodd, Brooks & Head.
The Headingley Head Of Steam for the lunch drink. I quite like this chain. Although the jury is still out on their craft keg range. I can't quite figure out how much rotation there is. Any discount on cask for CAMRA members. I did Tyne Bank Brewery, Single Blonde at a quaffable 3.5%.
Yorkshire's usual batting frailties on display there. Only Leaning & Head above 40. Lots of crease occupation. For not many runs. You cannot criticise Bresnan this season. And he rescued the top order many times last season. But, he's stayed there for 114 minutes. Twenty eight runs.
And, of course, it's fun n games at the end. Hodd was eighth gone at 199. Short of the first point. Brooks went at 204. But Patto & Ryan still there at the close. Past the 2nd point at 252. The second biggest partnership of the dig.
