Started out with a 6% cask IPA. Generally, you don't see many true cask IPAs at that abv. Geeves, Fully Laden, World IPA. And, great it was. The bittering was right there. But not too powerful. I feel that works best in a high abv cask IPA. Great start to the day.

And, in a sense, great end. As Sharp equalised from the spot late on. Slightly below recent par performance from the Blades. All the ingredients, but just couldn't get it right. Nevertheless, common sense defending, bit of running, a point is a point.

And, cast your minds back, a worked free kick. Not in my lifetime. Sort of triangular thing got Basham free to knock it in. Made In Shirecliffe that one. Basham subsequently sent off. So, creditable to drag it back in the end.
