Well, that worked well. Long, calorie burning schlep over to The Coach & Horses ground. I was hoping they'd have Jaipur X on. And they did.

Thornbridge, Jaipur X on keg at 10%
Very nice. Although, it made me realise I like my Imperial/Double IPAs to be tan brown, rich & chewy. X isn't quite like that. Paler. Still a bit chewy. But, in a way, it's charms are all a bit more gentle. You know. Apart from the whopping 10% abv.

Stayed on the kegs.

Oh that is glorious for your first mouthful. All the sweetness & toast swirling around. That is deep & rich. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste. But that really suits the beer.

Two Belters.

Great feisty World's First Derby. I'm glad they find the space for it now they're at different levels of the pyramid. Some people in the pub had travelled from London for it. I'm no expert. Sheffield looked the better team & worth that win to me.
